본 앱은 서비스 제공·개선 및 광고를 위해 아래 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.
플랫폼·버전별 차이: 최신 버전(2.0 이상, iOS·Android 공통)은 Firebase를 사용하지 않으며, 운동/세션 기록·설정·사용자 입력 값은 기기 내에만 저장됩니다. 수집 항목은 광고(AdMob)와 분석(PostHog)뿐입니다. 구버전 Android(1.x)는 위 Firebase 항목(Analytics·익명 Authentication·Firestore 동기화)과 Google Play Billing('광고 제거' 구매 상태)을 사용했습니다. iOS에서는 첫 실행 시 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의를 요청하며, 동의하지 않으면 비맞춤형 광고가 표시됩니다.
본 앱은 위치(GPS), 연락처, 사진 등 민감 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 인터벌 음성 안내(TTS)는 기기 내에서 처리되며 음성 데이터를 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 운동 리마인더 알림은 기기 내에서만 예약·표시되며(로컬 알림), 이를 위해 어떤 데이터도 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 알림은 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
국외 이전 안내: 앱 사용 이벤트는 PostHog Inc.(미국) 서버(us.i.posthog.com)로 전송·보관됩니다. 이전되는 항목은 익명 기기 식별자와 앱 사용 이벤트이며, 보관 기간은 PostHog 정책을 따릅니다.
최신 버전(2.0 이상)의 운동/세션 데이터는 기기 내에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 구버전 Android(1.x)에서 서버(Firestore)에 저장된 데이터는 앱 내 계정/데이터 삭제 기능 또는 문의를 통해 제거할 수 있습니다. 분석·광고 데이터의 보관 기간은 각 서비스 정책을 따릅니다.
본 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다(앱 버전에 따라 전면 — 인터벌 세션 완료 후 —, 배너, 보상형 광고). AdMob은 광고 식별자를 사용해 맞춤형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 개인 최적화를 해제하거나 광고 ID를 초기화할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

This app may collect and process the following to provide and improve the service and to show ads.
Platform & version differences: current versions (2.0+, iOS and Android alike) do not use Firebase; workout/session records, settings and user-entered values stay on the device, and only ads (AdMob) and analytics (PostHog) are collected. Legacy Android (1.x) used the Firebase items above (Analytics, anonymous Authentication, Firestore sync) and Google Play Billing ("remove ads" purchase state). On iOS the app asks for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent on first launch; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown.
The app does not collect location (GPS), contacts, photos, or other sensitive data. Voice guidance for intervals (TTS) is processed on-device; no audio data is collected or transmitted. Workout reminder notifications are scheduled and shown entirely on your device (local notifications); no data is collected or transmitted for them. You can turn them off in the app settings.
International transfer: app usage events are sent to and stored on PostHog Inc. servers in the USA (us.i.posthog.com). Transferred data consists of an anonymous device identifier and app usage events; retention follows PostHog's policy.
In current versions (2.0+) workout/session data lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. Data stored server-side (Firestore) by legacy Android (1.x) can be removed via the in-app account/data deletion feature or by contacting us. Retention of analytics/ads data follows each service's policy.
This app shows Google AdMob ads (depending on the app version: interstitial — after completing an interval session —, banner, or rewarded ads), which may use the advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
This app is not primarily directed at children under 13.
