본 앱은 서비스 제공·개선 및 광고를 위해 아래 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.
플랫폼·버전별 차이: 최신 버전(2.0 이상, iOS·Android 공통)은 운동/세션 기록·설정·사용자 입력 값을 기기 내에만 저장하며, 서버로 전송되는 것은 광고(AdMob)·분석(PostHog)·앱 오류 보고(Firebase Crashlytics, 2.2.17 이상)뿐입니다. 설정의 '익명 사용 통계 보내기'를 끄면 앱 사용 이벤트와 오류 보고 전송이 모두 중단됩니다. 구버전 Android(1.x)는 Firebase(Analytics·익명 Authentication·Firestore 동기화)와 Google Play Billing('광고 제거' 구매 상태)을 사용했습니다. iOS에서는 첫 실행 시 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의를 요청하며, 동의하지 않으면 비맞춤형 광고가 표시됩니다.
본 앱은 위치(GPS), 연락처, 사진 등 민감 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 인터벌 음성 안내(TTS)는 기기 내에서 처리되며 음성 데이터를 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 운동 리마인더 알림은 기기 내에서만 예약·표시되며(로컬 알림), 이를 위해 어떤 데이터도 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 알림은 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
국외 이전 안내: 앱 사용 이벤트는 PostHog Inc.(미국) 서버(us.i.posthog.com)로 전송·보관됩니다. 이전되는 항목은 익명 기기 식별자와 앱 사용 이벤트이며, 보관 기간은 PostHog 정책을 따릅니다. 앱 오류 보고는 Google LLC(미국)의 Firebase Crashlytics 서버로 전송·보관되며, 보관 기간은 Firebase 정책(기본 90일)을 따릅니다.
최신 버전(2.0 이상)의 운동/세션 데이터·설정·사용자 입력 값은 기기 내에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. 현재 앱에는 별도의 계정/데이터 삭제 화면이 없습니다. 구버전 Android(1.x)에서 서버(Firestore)에 저장된 데이터는 문의를 통해 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 분석·광고 데이터의 보관 기간은 각 서비스 정책을 따릅니다.
본 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다(인터벌 세션 완료 후 전면 광고). AdMob은 광고 식별자를 사용해 맞춤형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 개인 최적화를 해제하거나 광고 ID를 초기화할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

This app may collect and process the following to provide and improve the service and to show ads.
Platform & version differences: in current versions (2.0+, iOS and Android alike) workout/session records, settings and user-entered values stay on the device; the only data leaving the device is ads (AdMob), analytics (PostHog) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics, 2.2.17+). Turning off "Send anonymous usage stats" in Settings stops both app usage events and crash reports. Legacy Android (1.x) used Firebase (Analytics, anonymous Authentication, Firestore sync) and Google Play Billing ("remove ads" purchase state). On iOS the app asks for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent on first launch; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown.
The app does not collect location (GPS), contacts, photos, or other sensitive data. Voice guidance for intervals (TTS) is processed on-device; no audio data is collected or transmitted. Workout reminder notifications are scheduled and shown entirely on your device (local notifications); no data is collected or transmitted for them. You can turn them off in the app settings.
International transfer: app usage events are sent to and stored on PostHog Inc. servers in the USA (us.i.posthog.com). Transferred data consists of an anonymous device identifier and app usage events; retention follows PostHog's policy. Crash reports are sent to and stored on Firebase Crashlytics servers operated by Google LLC (USA); retention follows Firebase's policy (90 days by default).
In current versions (2.0+) workout/session data, settings and user-entered values live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. The app has no separate account/data deletion screen. Data stored server-side (Firestore) by legacy Android (1.x) can be removed by contacting us. Retention of analytics/ads data follows each service's policy.
This app shows Google AdMob ads (an interstitial after you finish an interval session), which may use the advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
This app is not primarily directed at children under 13.
