This app may collect and process the following to provide and improve the service and to show ads.
In current iOS and Android apps, original workout records, settings, weight and race records are stored on your device. Feature-use and workout-progress statistics may be sent to PostHog, crash reports to Crashlytics and advertising data to AdMob. If you submit an exercise suggestion, we also store its text, Firebase anonymous user ID, language, submission/update times and review status on a server. Submission is optional; no individual replies are provided. Suggestion text is not used for advertising/tracking or sent to PostHog. Disabling usage analytics does not stop a suggestion you explicitly submit.
The app does not collect location (GPS), contacts, photos, or other sensitive data. Voice guidance for intervals (TTS) is processed on-device; no audio data is collected or transmitted. Workout reminder notifications are scheduled and shown entirely on your device (local notifications); no data is collected or transmitted for them. You can turn them off in the app settings.
International transfer: app usage events are sent to and stored on PostHog Inc. servers in the USA (us.i.posthog.com). Transferred data consists of an anonymous device identifier and app usage events; retention follows PostHog's policy. Crash reports are sent to and stored on Firebase Crashlytics servers operated by Google LLC (USA); retention follows Firebase's policy (90 days by default).
Exercise suggestions use Google LLC’s Firebase Authentication (anonymous authentication) and Cloud Firestore (storage). The suggestion database is located in Seoul (asia-northeast3); Firebase Authentication data is processed in the United States. Service operational data may be processed under Google’s applicable terms. The purposes are feedback review and access control. Retention and deletion are described in section 4.
Suggestions and anonymous accounts are retained until you delete them; no automatic expiry is applied. In the app, open Workouts → Suggest an exercise → Delete suggestions and anonymous account to permanently delete all suggestions associated with the current anonymous account and the account itself. Other local workout history is kept. Uninstalling does not delete server submissions; use this option before uninstalling. If you lose access after uninstalling or changing devices, request deletion by email below. We verify requests using minimal details such as the submitted text and approximate submission time. Analytics, advertising and crash data follow their service retention policies.
This app shows Google AdMob ads (an interstitial after you finish an interval session). AdMob may use an advertising identifier to serve personalized ads.
iOS tracking permission (ATT): On first launch, after the splash screen finishes, an explanation screen describes what tracking is used for, followed by Apple’s tracking permission prompt. If you choose “Don’t allow” on the explanation screen, the system prompt is not shown.
If you allow: the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used to serve interest-based personalized ads. If you don’t allow: no advertising identifier is used and the app requests non-personalized ads only. Either way, the number and placement of ads and all app features stay exactly the same.
EEA, UK and Switzerland: under GDPR/UK GDPR a separate Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form is shown, where consenting and declining are presented with equal prominence. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under Settings > Privacy > “Ad privacy settings”.
On iOS you can also manage this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android, in your device’s ads settings you can opt out of ad personalization or reset your advertising ID.
This app is not primarily directed at children under 13.
